Hello, I just wanted to send an email to say thank you. We boarded Shiloh with you this past weekend, and we were VERY, VERY happy with how you took care of him. You aren’t just in this for the money, you really enjoy the animals. That makes a very big difference to us.
Shiloh was mistreated in one or more of his previous homes. We aren’t sure how badly he suffered, but we know that he is easily frightened and intimidated. This was the first time since we adopted him over a year ago that we needed to have him boarded, and it was a really tough decision. However, from the moment I walked in with him, he was not as nervous as he was excited. He enjoyed interacting with the other dogs, and seemed like he sensed a friend in you guys from the beginning. (I “sniffed” in the car on the way out of town because he didn’t even look back when you led him away. That’s a great sign.)
While he was very happy we had returned to pick him up… we also know he had a good time there. He seemed very calm and happy. We had been concerned that boarding him would traumatize him… at least a little… but if anything, he’s even more well-adjusted since leaving him in your care. He had eaten all of his food while there, so that is a good sign that a dog is comfortable.
Anyway, we just wanted to again, say thank you. Oh, and we appreciate how clean his coat is, too!
God bless you for taking care of some of His creatures so well!!! While we are moving away and won’t be here to use your services much longer, we will definitely board him with you again if we need to during the move.

Thank you for making Beethoven part of your family. It was a very hard decision to leave Beethoven at a boarding facility, but when we walked into Man’s Best Friend, we realized that it was different! We were greeted by a very professional staff that obviously loves animals.
As you know, we adopted Beethoven last year from the animal shelter, and he has bad hips and other health issues. It is such a relief to know that he is being well taken care of and that he is happy. I love how excited he gets when we drive up to your facility. We never have to be concerned that Beethoven will be pampered, as well as his usual needs being met. Your staff is very professional and attentive to our dog and to us.
Thank you,
Matt, Alisa, Kaydrin and Matthew

“Mike and the team at MAN'S BEST FRIEND PET RESORT were exceptional from the moment we walked our dog 'Husker' into their business. We felt the warmth and atmosphere of 'we love to serve you' from each and every person there. Mike and Judy have put together a super team of animal enthusiasts and professional, who exude love for pets and people. We are excited about the area having a PET RESORT right here in Cass County and serving the whole region. Very fair priced for the super services. The low cost vet services will be a super draw and is so needed. Husker stayed at Man's Best Friend Pet Resort (perfectly name for Mike, Judy and Team) for four days recently and 'bonded' with the folks there. We know that because days later, we took him back to be groomed (another great service) and he sprung right out of the car and to the door. Mike understands sales and service and will be a great asset to animal owners and the community.” June 12, 2010

Dear Man's Best Friend Pet Resort,
Thank you for telling Ken and Loye what your hours are. They're very computer literate, just as I am, so they understand your dilemma.
You may not be able to please "all the people all the time", but really, what you need to focus on is pleasing me, me, me. That's what my life is all about. That's the axis on which the world spins. Sometimes when the grandkids come over to swim, they think I shouldn't be able to steal their shoes, bags and even their cell phones. I must remind them that the pool is mine, mine, mine. They are guests and only guests. When they line up to the diving board, I am allowed to cut in and go first. If they have been so foolish as to be right below me, well, once again: the pool is mine.
I love coming to your resort, as you well know. It is where I can show off my beauty in comparison to the other mutts who stay there. Jiminy, what a bunch of losers. Only thing is this — when I get home I'm too exhausted from barking and frolicking to be my usual bad self and I see my master's (haha) relaxing a bit too much.
Good luck in your resort future. I will be back to see you one of these days. If you want, I can bring a pen and give autographs to the other residents.

Mike and Judy,
We just wanted to tell you thank you, and that you are doing a wonderful job with Man's Best Friend. We were customers before because it was convenient and it was also the only place that our dogs could stay together. However, we never felt like they received the care or attention that we hoped that they would. We have been very pleased with all of the changes that you have made...they have all been for the better. We are now 100% confident that they are being taken care of, getting the exercise they need daily, and most importantly, getting lots of love and pets each day!! We truly appreciate all your hard work and we highly recommend Man's Best Friend to everyone!
Thank you, Ashley and Ryan Nelson... parents of Brady and Bella!
