Monday through Friday - 7:30 am to last-scheduled pick-up/drop-off, or 7:00 pm
Saturday - 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
Sunday - 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm

Please Check for Our Holiday and Winter Hours:

Before each holiday, we will post any changes to our hours. We'll have special hours on and around Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. We'll also have shorter hours during the slower Fall and Winter months, October through March. Thanks!

Reservations can be made in advance for
• Lodging at our 5-Star Pet Hotel
• Doggie Day Care
• Grooming

We use PetExec® management software for our reservation system. If you have an account with us, use the Reservations link below to open the PetExec secure customer account log-in page in a new window. Follow the steps to access your account and reserve your times, and we'll send you an e-mail confirmation. It's that easy!

For online reservations, we require at least 72 hours (3 Days) notice. If your stay is going to be within 72 hours of your request, please call us at (816) 331-4364 to ensure your reservation gets in the system. For Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's) we recommend you make reservations two weeks in advance.

Please Note: All dogs are required to have current vaccinations in order to be boarded. This includes the Distemper/Parvo combination vaccine, the Rabies vaccine, and the Bordetella vaccine. Cats are required to have current distemper and rabies vaccinations. There will be no exceptions! Your Veterinarian can FAX us the shot records at (816) 331-1904, or you can bring them with you at check-in. Thank you!
